- Add all spices, ½ tbsp of roasted cumin powder, ¼ tsp of black pepper powder, 1 tsp of chaat masala, ½ tbsp of salt, 1 tsp of black salt, a small packet of jal jeera, 1 tbsp of jaggery, 1 tbsp of tamarind, four tbsp of lemon juice and 5 to 6 ice cubes.
- Add ¼ cup of water and grind into a fine paste.Tip*- Do not add more water. Ice cubes will also add water to the mixture.
- A fine paste mixture is ready.
