Mango Thandai Falooda Recipe
Falooda is an iconic frozen refreshing summer drink that you will find on almost every street in India. Falooda or Faluda is an Indian cold dessert power-packed with Sabja seeds, vermicelli, rose syrup, flavored milk, lot of nuts and topped with a scoop of ice cream as per your choice. It is always lovely to have it after your meal. It is tasty, healthy, and nourishing.

As everyone who follows this blog knows that we always share a recipe with a twist, I thought, why not combine Mango with Falooda and use Thandai as a base for the Mango Shake? Sounds amazing? Wait till you make this and try it out!
The recipe includes a list of things. We have a Mango Shake made from a blend of Milk, Mangoes, Thandai syrup, and Thandai Powder. Then, we add Sabja seeds, nuts, mangoes, rose syrup, and Kesar syrup in a cup and top it off with our prepared Mango shake to make it Mango Falooda.
Last, to make it a bit extravagant and scoop our Homemade Thandai Ice cream. You can also make this recipe with Weikfield mango falooda mix or any falooda mix packet. To get the Thandai taste, mix the base with our Thandai powder and Thandai syrup recipe already shared on the website.
In our recipe, we have not added vermicelli. However, you can add it if required.

Mango Thandai Falooda Recipe (Updated)
Ingredients
Shake Preparation
- 1 cup Milk 200 ml
- ½ cup Mango chopped
- 4 tbsp Thandai Syrup
- 1 tbsp Thandai Masala
Falooda Preparation
- 1 tbsp Sabja Seeds soaked
- ¼ cup Mango pieces chopped
- 1 tbsp Rose Syrup
- 1 tbsp Kesar Syrup
- 1 scoop Thandai Ice Cream
- Almonds, Cashews & Pistachios Garnish
Instructions
- Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp sabja seeds.
- Add little water and mix it well with a spoon.
- Allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
- Take a big glass, add 1 tbsp soaked sabja seeds, a few chopped mango pieces, ½ tbsp rose and Kesar syrup, a few almonds, cashew nuts, and pistachios.
- Add ½ cup mango, 1 cup milk, 4 tbsp Thandai syrup, and 1 tbsp Thandai masala or powder in a mixie jar and grind it.
- Pour the prepared Thandai Mango shake into the glass.
- Add a few chopped mango pieces.
- Add a scoop of thandai ice cream.
- Add ½ tbsp of rose and kesar syrup each, and a few chopped mango pieces.
- Garnish with almonds, cashew nuts, and pistachios. Served chilled and enjoy.
