  • 1 cup Ghee
  • 1 cup Rajgiri Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar 
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder  
  • Almonds, pistachios Garnish

  • In a heavy bottom pan or a Kadai, add 1 cup of ghee. Ensure that you heat the pan on a low flame.
  • Once the ghee is hot, add 1 cup Rajgira atta, and mix well.
  • Keep stirring and roast till the mixture turns brown.
  • When roasted properly, the mixture will release the clarified butter(Ghee).
  • Stir and gradually keep adding 2 cups of water. Don't add all the water in one go; the mixture is hot and will split over the gas flame.
  • Ensure there are no lumps in the mixture.
  • Once the water is absorbed, add 1 cup of sugar.
  • Keep stirring till the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Now add cardamom powder and some nuts, and mix it well.
  • Garnish it with some more nuts.
  • Serve hot
