- 1 cup Ghee
- 1 cup Rajgiri Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cup Water
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- Almonds, pistachios Garnish

- In a heavy bottom pan or a Kadai, add 1 cup of ghee. Ensure that you heat the pan on a low flame.
- Once the ghee is hot, add 1 cup Rajgira atta, and mix well.
- Keep stirring and roast till the mixture turns brown.
- When roasted properly, the mixture will release the clarified butter(Ghee).
- Stir and gradually keep adding 2 cups of water. Don't add all the water in one go; the mixture is hot and will split over the gas flame.
- Ensure there are no lumps in the mixture.
- Once the water is absorbed, add 1 cup of sugar.
- Keep stirring till the sugar dissolves completely.
- Now add cardamom powder and some nuts, and mix it well.
- Garnish it with some more nuts.
- Serve hot
