Stuffed Mango Kulfi Recipe (Updated)
Ingredients
- 250 grams Full Fat Milk
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 50 grams Khoya / Mawa
- Saffron
- 2 tbsp Sliced Pista
- 6 Mangoes
Instructions
- Add 250 ml of full-fat cream milk, 4 tbsp of sugar, and 1 tbsp of cornflour to a heavy bottom pan.
- Mix all the ingredients well and let the milk boil properly till 2 to 3 boil.
- The consistency will be thick. Switch off the gas flame. Add 50 grams of khoya or mawa and let it cool completely.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add some saffron soaked in milk and blend it well with a hand mixie.
- Now add 2 tbsp of sliced pistachios and mix it well. Keep it aside.
- Take a mango, cut the top part, and keep it aside. Now with the help of a knife, deseed. Remove the pulp from the seed and put it back in the mango.
- Place the mango in the glass and add the prepared kulfi mixture.
- Place the top back on the mango. Use foil paper and cover the mango firmly and freeze overnight.
- The next day, remove the mango from the foil paper. Remove the top cover and peel off the mango skin.
- Cut the mango into slices.
- Garnish with sliced pistachios and rose petals. Serve immediately.
