- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Rock Salt

- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Pomegranate Powder
- ¼ tsp Mango Powder
- Handful Fresh Coriander
- 10 – 15 Fresh Mint Leaves
Roasting Puffed Rice
- 3 cups Puffed Rice
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ¼ tsp Salt
- Pinch Turmeric Powder
Assemble the Bhel
- 1½ cups Roasted Puffed Rice
- 1½ tbsp Sukha Chutney
- 4-5 Sev Puri Puris
- 2 tbsp Boiled Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Onion
- 1 tbsp Tomato
- 1 tbsp Mango
- 1 tbsp Spicy Chana Dal
- 1 tbsp Masala Peanuts
- 1 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
- 1 tbsp Roasted Chana
- 3 tbsp Nylon Sev
- Fresh Coriander
- Half lemon Lemon Juice

Dry Chutney Preparation
- Add 4 tbsp of roasted chana dal, two hot green chilies, 2 to 3 green chilies, half-inch ginger, ½ tsp of salt, 1 tsp of rock salt, 1 tsp of chaat masala, ¼ tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of pomegranate Powder or ¼ tsp of mango powder in a grinding jar.Tip*- Ensure green chilies and ginger are dry and moisture-free.
- Grind into a slightly coarse texture.
- Add a handful of fresh coriander(cilantro) and 10-15 fresh mint leaves and blend them without water.Tip*- The coriander and mint leaves should be dry and moisture-free.
- A slightly coarse and dry mixture is ready.
- Store in a clean, air-tight glass bottle or a container—seven days shelf life in the fridge and one month in the freezer.
