How to Make Delicious Papad Ka Paratha, a Unique Recipe
Parathas play a primary role in Indian Cuisine, and numerous parathas are made regularly from wheat or fine white flour. Parathas can be made plain or stuffed.These papad ka parathas originated and are famous in the state of Rajasthan. In the olden days, vegetables were not easily accessible everywhere, so they used papads to make yummy papad ka parathas.Papadparatha or papad ka paratha is a unique, delicious, and flavorful paratha, where the whole wheat paratha stuffing is papad stuffing made of paneer, onion, green chilies, coriander, and some Indian spices.These papad ka parathas with a mouth-watering and tempting combination are perfect for all those who want to try something different and need a break from the usual regular parathas.The papad can be roasted or fried in this recipe, but trust me, fried papad works perfectly fine, giving an additional crunch to the paratha.These papad ka paratha are delicious while eating; you don't need any sabzi to eat with it. These papad ka parathas go well with curd, pickle, or any raita. I usually serve with makhani dal, curd or raita, and papad in my house.

Ingredients
2cupsWheat Flour
150gramsGrated Paneer
2-3Green Chilies
½inchGinger
Fresh Coriander
¼tspTurmeric Powder
½tbspRed Chilli Powder
½tbspCoriander Powder
¼tspAsafoetida
¼tspChaat Masala
2Fried Black Pepper Papad
3tbspOnion
1tspKasuri Methi
¼tspMango Powder
Garlic / Garlic PowderOptional
Salt as per taste
1tbsp Ghee
Ghee for frying the parathas
Instructions
Fry two normal black pepper papad and gently crush them. Keep it aside.
Take 150 grams of grated paneer in a large mixing bowl. Add 2 to 3 finely chopped green chilies, ½ inch ginger, 3 tbsp of onions, some fresh coriander, ¼ tsp of asafoetida, ¼ tsp of turmeric powder, ½ tbsp of red chili powder, ½ tbsp of coriander powder, ¼ tsp of mango powder, salt as per taste, ¼ tsp of chaat masala, 1 tsp of kasuri methi, and finally add crushed papad. Add garlic paste or garlic powder if you like the flavor.
Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Add 2 cups of wheat flour and salt as per taste. Mix all the ingredients well and knead a soft dough.
Add ½ tbsp of ghee and knead the dough well.
Apply a little ghee over the dough, cover, and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, knead the dough well once again. Pinch some dough, form a ball, and flatten it.
Place it on a board, and roll it into a small chapati.
Apply a little clarified butter (ghee).
Place 3 tbsp of the prepared paneer mixture over the chapati.
Bring all the ends together in a center and seal it.
Press the excess dough downwards, gently press with your hand and flatten it evenly.
Sprinkle some flour. Gently press with your hand and flatten it evenly. Now gently roll the paratha with the rolling pin.
Place it over the hot pan.
After 1 minute, flip the paratha to the other side and cook.
Press gently with a spatula and cook evenly on both sides.
Apply ghee on both sides and cook.
The paratha is ready to serve hot.
Enjoy it with curd or pickle with tea at breakfast, brunch, or a light dinner.
