Ingredients
160 grams Flour
½cupMilk powder
¾cupOrange Juice
½Oil
135 grams Powdered Sugar
⅓cupWhite chocolate
½tspBaking powder
¼tspBaking Soda
1 tspOrange Emulsion
2tspVinegar
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add ¾ cup of orange juice.
Add ½ cup oil.
Add 2 tsp vinegar.
Add ½ cup milk powder.
Add 135 grams of powdered sugar.
With a whisk, mix all the ingredients well.
Add 1 tsp orange emulsion.
Add 160 grams of flour.
Add ½ tsp baking powder.
Add ¼ tsp baking soda.
With a whisk, gently mix all the ingredients well. Do not overbeat the batter.
Add ⅓ cup white chocolate.
Again with a whisk, gently mix all the ingredients well.
Transfer the batter to a piping bag.
Fill the batter with ¾ of the cupcakes. Tap them once.
Bake at 160 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
Transfer them to a cooling rack to cool. Insert a toothpick and check if the cupcakes have been baked.
Enjoy them with hot tea or coffee.
Notes
Mix all the ingredients gently using a whisk.
Instead of orange emulsion, add 1 tsp of orange essence and a pinch of orange color.
Do not use milk or dark chocolate for this recipe. The flavor and color will change.
Do not rest the batter. Immediately bake the cupcakes.
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
Every oven temperature controls are different. Bake a few cupcakes and check the temperature settings. Later can bake the remaining cupcakes.
