Ingredients
3tbsp Condensed Milk
3tbsp Caramel Sauce
50 grams Mawa or Khoya
1tbsp Unsalted Butter
¼cup Cashew Nut Powder
¼cup Digestive Biscuits Powder
¼cup Walnuts
25grams Dark Chocolate
25 grams White Chocolate
Instructions
Add 3 tbsp of condensed milk to a pan. Stir and cook for a minute till it heats up. Color will change.
Add 3 tbsp of caramel sauce. Stir and cook for a few minutes till both are mixed well.
Add 50 grams of mawa or khoya and cook on a low flame until all the ingredients combine well.
Add 1 tbsp of unsalted butter, 25 grams of dark chocolate, and 25 grams of white chocolate. Stir and cook for a few minutes on a low flame till all the ingredients combine well.
Add ¼ cup of coarse cashew powder and ¼ cup of digestive biscuits powder. Stir and cook on a low flame till all the ingredients combine well.
Add ¼ cup of walnuts and cook on a low flame till the mixture thickens.
Transfer the prepared mixture to a grease tray. Spread it evenly with a spatula.
Cool at room temperature for 2 hours and cut them into pieces.
Garnish with white chocolate and golden sugar balls. This is optional.
