½cupHeavy whipping Cream
1cupFull Cream Milk
½cupMilk Powder
½ cup + 3 tbspPowdered Sugar
2tbspCondensed Milk / Milkmaid
½cupFresh Strawberry Pulp
2tbspStrawberry Crush
½tspStrawberry Essence
pinchRed Food Color
3tbspCream Cheese
fewFresh Strawberry Pieces
1tbspStrawberry Sauce

Instructions
Add ½ cup of chilled heavy whipping cream to a chilled bowl.
Whip the cream until soft peaks are formed with the help of an electric or hand beater.
Add 1 cup of milk, ½ cup of milk powder, ½ cup plus 3 tbsp of powdered sugar, 2 tbsp of condensed milk or milkmaid, ½ cup of fresh strawberry pulp, 2 tbsp strawberry crush, 3 tbsp of cream cheese, ½ tsp of strawberry essence, and a pinch of red food color.
With an electric or hand beater, mix all the ingredients well.
Pour this mixture into an air-tight container. Cover with a cling flame and freeze for 2 to 3 hours.
Take out the ice cream container after 2 to 3 hours. Pour the ice cream into a bowl.
With an electric or hand beater, beat the mixture till all the ice crystals are broken.
Pour this mixture into an air-tight container. Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
Cover with a cling flame and freezer for 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
The ice cream should be ready. Take it out and scoop it.
Garnish with fresh strawberries, almonds, pistachios, wafer biscuits, and serve. Enjoy the ice cream.
Notes
Both the bowl and the cream should be chilled
The freezer temperature should be set to high for setting the ice cream
Fresh cream can be used in this recipe
Taste the sweetness of the strawberries and adjust the sugar accordingly
Cream with a fat content of 34% or above gives good texture and creaminess to the ice cream
Full-fat or Full cream milk gives good results. Both Amul Gold and Amul extra cream work excellently for this recipe.
No stabilizing agent (GMS, CMS) has been used in this ice cream. For a soft and creamy texture, the ice cream has to be beaten twice to remove ice crystals, if any
This is natural ice cream without any stabilizing agent. Whipping cream is used, but the quantity is minimal and required for the creamy texture. Else it will taste like kulfi
