Ingredients
200grams Dark Chocolate
½cup Oats
½cupAlmonds, Cashew nuts
¼cup Melon, Sunflower, Flax seeds
2tbsp Raisins
¼cup Honey
2 tbsp Peanut butter
Instructions
In a pan, take ½ cup of almonds and cashew nuts. Roast them on a low flame for a minute.
Add ½ cup of oats and roast for a minute.
Add ¼ cup of mixed seeds(melon, sunflower, and flax seeds) and 2 tbsp of raisins. Again roast them for a minute.
Melt 200 grams of chocolate using a double boiler method. Heat some water in a pan. Place the chocolate bowl over the pan to melt the chocolate.Tip* - You can melt the chocolate in a microwave in intervals of 10 seconds.
Wipe the bowl with a napkin to ensure no water content on the bowl.
Stir for a minute to cool down the chocolate temperature.
Add 2 tbsp of peanut butter and ¼ cup of honey. Mix the ingredients well.
Add the roasted ingredients and mix them well.
Grease a tray with butter.
Transfer the mixture to the tray. Spread the mixture evenly on the tray.
Garnish with some mixed seeds and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
