Ingredients
1Boiled potato
1Tomato
10 -12Papdis
½tbsp Sugar
1cup Yogurt
Roasted Cumin Powder
Chaat Masala
Rock Salt
Red Chilli Powder
Green or Pudina Chutney
Dates Tamarind Chutney
Boondi
4 to 5Papdis crushed
3 to 4 tbsp Besan Sev
1 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
1tbsp Namkeen Chana Dal
Fresh Coriander
Instructions
Take one boiled potato in a mixing bowl and cut it into small pieces. Add a pinch of chaat masala, red chili powder, black salt, and salt. Mix well and keep aside. Tip*- As per your taste, you can always add boiled black chana, onions, and sprouted moong.
Take 1 cup of yogurt in a bowl and add ½ tbsp of sugar. Add a pinch of salt and chaat masala. Whisk the yogurt well.
The yogurt consistency should be thick. Keep aside.
On a serving plate, keep some 10 to 12 papris. Crush some papris and spread them over the plate.
Place some potatoes, tomatoes, and a little boondi over each papri.
Sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala, black salt, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt.
Spread some green or mint chutney and tamarind dates chutney.
Spread the yogurt over each papri.
