½tsp Carom Seeds
½tsp Cumin Seeds
1½tbsp White Sesame Seeds
pinch Turmeric Powder
1tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt as per taste
Water for kneading the dough

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, take 2 cups of rice flour, ½ cup of gram flour, 1½ tbsp of white sesame seeds, 1 tsp red chili powder, a pinch of turmeric powder, ½ tsp of cumin seeds, ½ tsp of carom seeds and salt as per taste.
Mix all the ingredients well and add 2 tbsp of butter.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Add enough water and knead a soft dough (same as chapati dough).
Take some portion of the dough and roll it into a cylinder shape.
Place the dough in a greased chakli maker, and close it.
Press and give a spiral shape and seal the ends to ensure they don't puff up while frying.
Lift the chakli slowly with the help of a flat spatula.
Transfer the chakli to medium-hot oil one by one. And now reduce the flame to low and fry them. Tip* - Add only a few chaklis at a time for frying.
Allow the chakli to fry for some time. Do not flip the chakli immediately.
After a few minutes, flip and fry them until golden.
The chakli is ready if bubbles are less in the oil and the chakli is sinking in the pan. Remove them from the oil. Make the remaining chakli in the same way.
Cool and store them in an air-tight container. Stays fresh for 15 days.
