Gulkand Ice Cream Recipe is the most trending Indian flavor of ice cream nowadays in the market, with a perfect blend of gulkand (rose petal jam), milk, cream, and sugar. It's summertime, and we all want to eat ice cream to beat the summer. What better to make than trying the Indian-style Gulkand Ice Cream or Rose Petals Ice Cream? Gulkand is a rose petals jam, and it is the sweet flavor you get when you have paan/betel leaf in India. It is a natural ice cream, and we have created a fusion of Gulkand and Ice-cream in our recipe today. This recipe has no ice crystals, and it's no-GMS ice cream. Try this one out -- you will not find this recipe at Ben & Jerry's or Baskin Robbins.Plus, the best part is that Gulkand acts as a mouth freshener and gives a cooling and refreshing taste. I like trying different types of ice creams. Gulkand was a random one. I have previously made Rose Gulkand Ladoo which was a hit, and then I thought about where else can be gulkand blended in well.

Fresh cream also works well for this recipe.
Cream with a fat content of 34% or above gives good texture and creaminess to the ice cream.
Full-fat or Full cream milk gives the best results. Amul Gold extra cream or Amul gold. Both work for this recipe. Suggest you use the Amul gold tetra packet and not the one you get in the milk bag.
