⅓cupHot Water
5gram Coffee
90grams Dark Chocolate
85 grams Salted Butter
50grams Icing Sugar or Caster Sugar
110grams Condensed Milk
75grams White Flour
15grams Coco Powder
2tbspWalnuts
2tbspCoco Chips
Instructions
Add ⅓ cup of hot water and 5 grams of coffee in a bowl. Mix well and keep it aside.
Take 90 grams of dark chocolate in a bowl. Add 85 grams of salted butter and melt it in a microwave at three-second intervals.
The chocolate and the butter have combined well.
Add the melted chocolate, coffee water, 110 grams of condensed milk, 15 grams of cocoa powder, 50 grams of icing sugar or caster sugar, and 75 grams of white four or all-purpose flour into a large mixing bowl.
Using a whisk, mix all the ingredients well in one direction.
Clean the sides of the bowl.
Pouring consistency batter. (Semi-thick)Tip*- The consistency depends on the quality of the chocolate. The batter may be runny sometimes and may take 5 minutes more to bake. Follow the instructions and bake.
Transfer the batter to a greased tray and spread it evenly. Tap gently.
Add two tbsp of chopped walnuts, a pinch of white flour, or all-purpose flour. Mix it well.Tip*- The walnuts will not sink in the batter while baking.
Garnish with walnuts and chocolate chips, an optional step.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 or 170 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.Tip*- Preheat the oven for 10 minutes. Bake in a middle rack with both the rods ON.
Clean knife. Brownie has baked well. Leave the brownie to cool under the fan or on a table for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, cut them into desired pieces.
Delicious brownie is ready to serve.
Warm the brownie in a microwave for a minute and place it on a serving plate.
Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, some hot chocolate, and chopped walnuts, and serve immediately.
