- 85 grams Salted Butter
- 50 grams Icing Sugar or Caster Sugar

- Add the melted chocolate, coffee water, 110 grams of condensed milk, 15 grams of cocoa powder, 50 grams of icing sugar or caster sugar, and 75 grams of white four or all-purpose flour into a large mixing bowl.
- Using a whisk, mix all the ingredients well in one direction.
- Clean the sides of the bowl.
